There will also be trains on the PoF maps. An alternative if you play WvW is to buy the points with WvW Heroics. demonthorn.

Sooo I can't try out the Elite Specialization and I was talking about I wanted all Hero Power's unlocked within Elite to test it out in Trial Period lvl 80. As it is you can not enable any Elite Power until you choose your character and get out of the Trial for lvl 80.

Which is nice, but I can't help but say that when I see new expansions in GW2 I have always been most excited about new mechanic and playstyle changes that will arrive with new Elite Specializations.. which does mean I'll be rather disappointed if there isn't going to be one.
Elite specializations cost 250 to fully unlock but you can equip them early if you would like to. you can only have 1 elite specialization on per class at a time, so you can't be a Dragon Hunter and a Firebrand on your guardian at the same time. hope this helps some.
