Inspired by Andy Day's post about his Canon 6D, I though I would add my thoughts on the Canon 5D Mark II, especially as we have had several upgrades since then, like the 5D Mark IV that I have 5DMarkIV vs 6DMarkII, both full frame, both DSLR's, both legends, but should you get one in 2021?US: Canon 5D Mark IV: If they need dual card slots the 5D Mark IV is the better choice. Also the 5D Mark IV offers 4K video over 1080p video that the 6D Mark II offers. Canon EOS 6D Mark II is more versatile than Canon EOS 5D Mark III (90 a 82). The handling of Canon EOS 6D Mark II (66) is more effective than that of Canon EOS 5D Mark III (56). But, as you may know, the technical performance is meaningless if applied to the wrong context.
